1. Acceptance of These Terms

Payment method rules
Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method where technically possible. You may not deposit via one person's bKash number and withdraw to a different person's account. The name on your payment account must match the name on your ed444 account.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute while funds remain on your ed444 balance is a serious breach of these Terms. ed444 will immediately freeze the account pending investigation.
5. Bonus & Promotion Rules
All bonuses offered on ed444 — including the welcome bonus — carry a wagering requirement of 24× the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. The welcome bonus gives you 225% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳13,500.
Standard conditions that apply to all bonuses
- Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device.
- Bonus funds are added after the qualifying deposit clears; if no deposit is made, no bonus is applied.
- Bonuses have a validity period of 7 days from the date they are credited. Any unmet wagering requirement after this period results in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
- Reload bonus is 10% on subsequent deposits. Daily cashback is 1.1% on net losses for VIP 1 players.
- ed444 reserves the right to remove a bonus at any time if misuse is suspected.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play

9. Account Suspension & Closure
ed444 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if we have reason to believe these Terms have been breached, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if required by applicable law.
When an account is closed for a proven breach, any remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where the closure is administrative (for example, inactivity), the remaining real-money balance is returned to the player via their registered payment method.
